How to make braised pork ribs with string beans
Step1
Wash the ribs with blood, drain them, add oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, sugar, light soy sauce, mix well and put in the refrigerator to marinate for more than 4 hours; select the kidney beans to remove the head, tail and side tendons, and break into section, wash and set aside

Put a little vegetable oil in a hot pan, saute the garlic, add the marinated ribs, and fry until the ribs are oily

Add the dark soy sauce and fry until the ribs are colored

Put in hot water that has completely submerged the ribs, boil on high heat for about 10 minutes, add the green beans, and cook for about 30 minutes
