Braised Cabbage with Abalone

Braised cabbage with Abalone is a fresh dish.

How To Make Braised Cabbage with Abalone

Step 1

The fresh abalone is simmered thoroughly in the soup; the rape heart is cooked with oil, water and salt, which is emerald green.

Step 2

Wrap a Abalone with cabbage heart and arrange it on the plate; add chicken leg and lean meat filling to the abalone original soup, and use low fire clear soup to make abalone thick juice.

Step 3

Add abalone sauce and soup to the spoon, thicken with starch, and pour in clear oil.
