The Cold Chicken Gizzards and Chicken Feet

The cold chicken gizzards and chicken feet is a dish, the main ingredient is chicken treasure, the ingredients are mushroom essence, coriander, etc., the seasoning is chili powder, olive oil, cooking wine, etc.

How To Make The Cold Chicken Gizzards and Chicken Feet

Step 1

Boil the cleaned chicken gizzards and chicken feet in boiling water for more than ten minutes, then take them out and soak them in ice water
