Braised Pork Ribs With String Beans

A delicious home-cooked dish with meat and vegetables-grilled pork ribs with string beans. Stir in the seasoning and refrigerate the ribs overnight before cooking, so that the meat will be tender and delicious.

How to make braised pork ribs with string beans

Step1

Wash the ribs with blood, drain them, add oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, sugar, light soy sauce, mix well and put in the refrigerator to marinate for more than 4 hours; select the kidney beans to remove the head, tail and side tendons, and break into section, wash and set aside

Step2

Put a little vegetable oil in a hot pan, saute the garlic, add the marinated ribs, and fry until the ribs are oily

Step3

Add the dark soy sauce and fry until the ribs are colored

Wash the ribs with blood

Step4

Put in hot water that has completely submerged the ribs, boil on high heat for about 10 minutes, add the green beans, and cook for about 30 minutes

Step5

Add 1/2 tsp of salt, wait until the soup is almost dry, add the chopped green onion, and it will be out of the pot

Put in hot water that has completely submerged the ribs
