The Steamed Egg with Shrimp and Fish Sauce

The steamed egg with shrimp and fish sauce is a delicious food. The main materials are shrimp, egg and so on. The auxiliary materials are shallot and ginger. It is a home cooked dish. The mixed egg liquid should be filtered by a leaky spoon, so that there is no bubble, and the taste is good and beautiful.

How To Make The Steamed Egg with Shrimp and Fish Sauce

Step 1

Peel the fresh shrimps, wash and drain with corn flour, refrigerate for half an hour

Step 2

Beat three duck eggs and add the fish sauce. A little sugar and sesame oil

Step 3

Measure the water in a rice bowl. Add a half bowl of water in an egg, mix well and cover with a flat plate. Steam in a boiling steamer for about eight minutes, then add the chopped shrimps (it’s OK if you don’t cut them, but you should be careful when put them in the egg liquid. Otherwise, they will sink). Steam for a few minutes and turn off the heat.
