How To Make The Proper Street Kebabs
Pour a little five spice powder into oil and sprinkle with hot pepper, mix well, and then add some cold boiled water to dilute.
Cut all kinds of vegetables and meat,and string them with bamboo sticks.
Pour the clear oil into the pan, fry the string vegetables and meat, sprinkle some cumin with salt and black pepper powder, and brush the chili oil on the vegetables and meat with a small brush. I fried about a dozen dishes, which were all ate up by my family.They all love the proper street kebabs.
