The dried shrimp and seaweed soup wonton is light, delicious, appetizing and nutritious. The seaweed is rich in nutrition and high in iodine. It can be used to treat “goiter” caused by iodine deficiency. It has the function of soft, firm and loose knots, and also has the function of other stasis blocks.
How To Make The Dried Shrimp and Seaweed Soup Wonton
Step 1
Boil the mushroom in hot water until it’s soft, soak in cold water and dry. Cut off the mushroom handle and dice. Chop the onion.
Step 2
Mix minced pork with mushroom and scallion, add egg and some salt, chicken essence, pepper, oil, sesame oil, cooking wine and raw powder, mix them in one direction, and reserve.
Step 3
Add some meat stuffing into the wonton skin and wrap it.
Step 4
Add some dried seaweed and wonton to the dried shrimps and boiled water to make wonton float (stir occasionally to avoid touching the pot).
Step 5
Add some salt, chicken essence, pepper, oil, sesame oil, seasoning and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
