The Beef Bone Soup with New Zealand Spinach

The beef bone soup with New Zealand spinach is a tasty dish.

How To Make The Beef Bone Soup with New Zealand Spinach

Step 1

Put the Amomum tsao-ko, tangerine peel, white pepper, onion and ginger into the bag;

Step 2

Clean the beef bones, put them into the soup pot, add 450 ml water;

Step 3

Turn on the heat, remove the froth and put it into the material bag;

Step 4

Turn to a small fire after boiling, stew for 2 hours, then filter;

Step 5

Wash and remove the New Zealand spinach and soak the vermicelli;

Step 6

Remove the butter from the cooked beef bone soup and put it into the soup pot to boil;

Step 7

Put in the New Zealand spinach and vermicelli, boil and add some salt to taste.
