Sour plum duck is a Cantonese dish, especially the famous specialty dish of Guangzhou Conghua. Sour plum duck is a sweet and sour, delicious home-cooked dish, it is also a rice killer, absolutely tease the taste buds, can not resist its temptation!

How to make sour plum duck

Ingredients: 600g duck meat, 50g cranberry, 2 scoops of vinegar, 1 scoop of soy sauce, 1 scoop of granulated sugar, 1 scoop of cooking wine, salt, ginger slices, shallots, and garlic
