Cabbage is a home-cooked dish in winter. Cabbage is delicious and nutritious. The combination of Chinese cabbage and oyster mushrooms is a simple vegetarian dish.

How to make cabbage and fried oyster mushrooms?

Step 1

Wash the oyster mushrooms clean, blanch and drain.

Heat the pot and add some oil. Add some gingers and garlic to stir fry. Then add cabbages and oyster mushrooms to stir fry.

Add some dark soy sauce to stir fry. Then cover it and stir fry in the middle time.

Add some salt to stir fry evenly. When the materials are cooked, turn off the heat and transfer to a serving plate.
