  • Firstly, we should wash and cut the cucumbers. We use 500g cucumbers for this food. After washed them, we should peel some skin from the cucumbers. But don't peel all of th skin. The skin also can help us to beautify the food. After that , we cut them into small pieces. Then put them into the food storage plastic bag. It can stop the cucumbers' juice from splashing. Then use the knife to shred them. We need to shred all of the cucumbers. Then save them for later.
  • Next, we should marinate cucumbers. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to marinate the cucumbers. It can help the cucumbers to clean the puckery taste. Stir them evenly. Then marinate them for 10 minutes.
  • When marinating cucumbers, we can prepare some ingredients for this food. Firstly, we need to prepare 2 cloves of garlic for this food. Then finely minced and save them for later. Finely minced 2 chili peppers, save them for later. After that, cut 1 bunch of parsley into small pieces and save them for later.
  • After 10 minutes, we should filter cucumbers juice. We don't need to wash the marinated cucumbers. Just filter juice from the cucumbers.
  • After that, we can make shredded cucumber salad now. Firstly, add garlic and chili peppers into the bowl which fills the cucumbers. Then add 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon mature vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon light soy sauce, parsley into the bowl. Stir them evenly.
