  • Second, we should prepare 6 slices of ginger for this snack. Then save them for later.
  • Next, we should blanch the pig ear. Firstly, add 3 slices of ginger, pig ear into the pan. Add enough water to immerse them. Use the big fire to boil them. After the water has boiled, blanch pig ear for 3 minutes. Then drain and save it for later.
