  • First, we have to prepare the ingredients, including 500 grams of duck liver, 3 star anises, 5 g cinnamon, 3 g peppercorns, and 4 slices of ginger.  1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.
  • Wash the star anise, cinnamon, and peppercorns and add them to the preheated pot. Stir fry the flavor for 1 minutes. Then add some water. Then wash the ginger and add to the pot.
