Fried Pork Intestine With Bell Peppers Ingredients

  • Firstly, we should wash the pork intestine. In the first place, we should wash the obverse side. Add 2 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons salt to scrub 1000g pork intestine for 1 minute. Then use the water to wash it. Then add 2 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons salt to scrub it for 1 minute again. Then use the water to wash it. Then add 2 tablespoons salt to scrub it for 1 minute. After it was cold, we can cut it into small pieces. Then we got the deep fried Chinese pork intestine. If you eat it with the sweet chili sauce, you will get a sweet and not greasy taste.
  • But if you still want to eat it with some vegetables, we recommend trying the fried pork intestine with bell peppers. Firstly, cut 2 cloves of garlic and save them for later. Then cut 1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper. Save them for later. Then add 1 tablespoon peanut oil into the pan. Use the big fire to heat it. Then add the garlic into the pan. Stir fry until fragrant. Then add the bell peppers into the pan. Stir fry them evenly. Add some water to heat them. Then stir fry until they become soft. Then add fried pork intestine into the pan. Stir them evenly. Then add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon light soy sauce into the pan. Stir them evenly. Then we got the delicious fried pork intestine with bell peppers.
