  • Second, we should prepare 6 slices of ginger for this recipe. Then save them for later.
  • Next, we should blanch the pig head. Firstly, add 3 slices of ginger, pig head into the pan. Add enough water to immerse them. Then add 1 tablespoon cooking wine into the pan. Use the big fire to boil them. After the water has boiled, blanch the pig head for 3 minutes. We should scum the bubble when the water is boiling. Then use water to wash it.   • But if you like a richer flavor of braised pig head, you can use it to do fried pig head with green pepper. Firstly, cut the pig head into smaller pieces. Then save them for later. After that, prepare some ingredients for this food. We need to prepare 2 cloves of garlic for this food. Then finely minced and save them for later. Then cut 250g green peppers into small pieces and save them for later. After that, add 1 teaspoon peanut oil into the pan. Use a big fire to heat it. Then add some garlic into the pan.
