Instructions

  • Wash the cucumber and cut it into round pieces. If you want to cut a large piece, you can cut it diagonally.
  • Add an appropriate amount of salt to the cucumber, grab well, and use water to rinse well. Doing so will cause the water on the surface of the cucumber to be squeezed out, while the salt will penetrate the interior of the cucumber, speeding up the dehydration process, making the water in the cucumber to be drained out and making the cucumber more crisp and tender.
  • Cut the green pepper into strips and slice the ginger, pat the garlic.
  • Wash a large tomato, and cut it into slices.
  • Heat oil in the pan, add green pepper and garlic, and stir-fry, then put the tomatoes in, and stir-fry a few times.
  • After the tomatoes become juicy, add the cucumber slices to the pan. Continue to stir-fry.
  • Season with salt and chicken essence.
  • inally, add a small amount of vinegar and sugar, but do not put too much vinegar. The reason for adding vinegar is that it gives the cucumber its distinctive sour taste, and also removes the bitterness from the cucumber, making it more delicious.
