How To Make The Common Tomato and Egg Noodles
Wash and slice the tomatoes. Add half a teaspoon of salt to beat the eggs
Pour half a teaspoon of oil into the pan. Pour the egg liquid into the pan after the oil is hot. Stir fry the egg into the egg flower and take it out. Don’t fry it for too long. The paste is not good-looking or delicious
Add another half spoon of oil, heat the oil, add the tomatoes and stir fry. When the tomatoes come out of water, pour the egg floss into the stir fry for a moment
Pour in some water and simmer for 5 minutes to enhance the taste
Pour tomato and egg soup into a bowl, add 1.5 tsp salt, 1.5 TSP MSG, 1 tsp sesame oil and mix well
Make another pot of water to boil noodles, after the noodles into a bowl containing tomato soup, garnish coriander or chives and the tomato and egg noodles can be dished up.
