How to make sweet and sour radish?
Wash and drain the white radish. Peel and cut into thick strips.
Carrots are also cut into thick strips.
Peel Shawo radish and cut into thick strips.
Red peppers are cut into small circles.

Sweet and Sour Radish
- 400 g white radish
- 200 g carrot
- 150 g green radish
- 70 g white sugar
- 60 g rice vinegar
- 4 g salt
The container of pickled radish should be free of water and oil. When picking sour radishes, use chopsticks or spoons. Pickled radishes are best preserved in refrigerator. Hope you like the sweet and sour radish.
