Prepare all the ingredients, including 150 grams of flour, cabbage, and bean paste filling. Add a little water to the cabbage and make a juice with a cooking machine. Pour into flour and mix into a flocculent and knead into a dough.
Roll the dough into strips. Cut into 12 tablets (approximately 20-25g each). Press flat and roll into a thin skin around the middle thickness. Add a teaspoon of bean paste and use the teaspoon to make it into a long strip. Wrap in a willow leaf shape.
Wrap all 12 steamed dumplings. Put it in two steamer baskets, and put drawers in both. Start steaming on medium-high heat for 15 minutes. Change the order of the two steamers and steam for another two or three minutes.
