“A small snack made for your baby, the bread stick is long and thin. It is very convenient for your baby to hold and eat a whole loaf at a time.”
How to make a jujube bread stick?
The dried dates are smashed in a blender, and then sifted to remove the coarse granules.
Place all the ingredients except the butter into the bread bucket and start the toaster and dough for 10 minutes.
Add softened butter and knead for another 15 minutes.
Then ferment for 20 minutes.
Roll the leavened dough into a square.
Use a scraper to cut into small strips.
Pour into a golden baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven, medium, 175 degrees, on high and low heat for 12 minutes.
You don’t need to brush the surface of this loaf, because the dough is made of red dates, so it will color very quickly. Be sure to keep an eye on it, and if you find that the color is too dark, cover it with tin foil.
