How to make the meatloaf bread
Prepare raw materials: 250g high-gluten flour, 60g low-gluten flour, 30g egg, 40g corn oil, 5g yeast powder, 38g sugar, 3g salt, 145g water, 100g meat floss.
Put in water, corn oil, and egg mixture (don’t put all the egg mixture in, save a little to brush the bread).
Add sugar, salt, low gluten flour, high gluten flour, yeast powder.
Install the bread bucket into the toaster.
Start the “dough” program, and after that, start the “fermentation” program.
Remove the leavened dough, press and exhaust.
Divide the dough into 4 parts, knead, cover with plastic wrap, and let stand for 15 minutes. Shape the dough into strips, then place the dough into a non-stick baking pan and brush with egg wash.
Sprinkle the bread grits with meat floss.
Preheat the oven at 170 degrees.
Place the buns in the middle of the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
The toast is out of the oven. To serve, slice the bread.
The water in the formula can be replaced with other liquids.
