How to make the delicious cake roll
Prepared materials, amount of each material to be used.
Weigh the weight of granulated sugar, gluten flour and milk.
Take two clean stainless steel POTS and separate the egg whites and yolks.
Add 20g of granulated sugar to egg yolks and beat with a whisk until creamy and discoloured.
Pour the corn oil into the bowl three times and stir well.
Pour in the milk and stir well.
Sift in the mixture of low gluten flour and baking powder, mix well with a rubber spatula, and set aside.
Whisk 60g of fine sand sugar into the egg whites three times.
Open low to fish-eye shape.
Open high until hard, lift the whisk can stand up.
Take a third of the egg white paste, put it into the egg yolk paste, stir it up and down.
Pour the beaten egg yolk mixture into the remaining two thirds of the egg white mixture and mix well.
Take a baking sheet and pour the cake batter into the baking sheet. Scrape the cake smooth with a spatula. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
Let the baked cake roll cool, prepare the red bean paste filling, whip light cream (whip method can refer to the previous tutorial of 1000 layer cake, the method is the same, here will not send the steps).
Add the red bean paste and whipped cream to the cooled cake rolls. Roll them in oiled paper and refrigerate for half an hour.
