How to make the big white rolls of warmth
First, 30 grams of sugar, warm milk and corn oil are emulsified by hand stirring until the sugar completely melts into milk.
Add the powder to the milk mixture and stir until complete.
Into a very fine batter.
Add 2 drops of lemon juice to egg whites and beat until frothy. Add 1 gram of salt. Beat until frothy and add 1/2 sugar.
Mix a third of the egg whites with the batter by hand, then pour all of the batter into a bowl.
Pour the mixed cake batter into the baking pan lined with oilcloth. Shake the baking pan and the cake batter will be evenly distributed. Bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and peel off the oilcloth, then cover and let cool. Top with a pink cream roll. The fridge should hold for 30 minutes before it’s ready to cut and serve.
The pink heart melted.
