How to make hand pinch noodles
Put the flour in a basin, pour boiling water, and stir while stirring. Don’t pour all the water in at one time. The dryness and wetness of the flour are different, and the water used is also different, so everyone depends on the situation.

Knead the flour for a long time to make a more chewy texture. Knead it to the left and start to do it.
Take a 2cm-long dough with your fingertips, divide it into two and start pinching the noodles.
