Prepare all the materials.
First handle the shrimp. Cut off the shrimp with scissors, at the junction of the shrimp head and the shrimp tail, break the shrimp head by hand, and drag the shrimp head outward, so that the shrimp line is pulled out, and then squeeze out the black by hand. Finally clean the shrimp.
Vermicelli are soaked in cold water for more than 2 hours in advance. All shrimps are processed and washed. Scallions are chopped and garlic is peeled and minced.
Spread the vermicelli on the bottom of the plate, spread the shrimp evenly on top of the rice noodles, and finally sprinkle scallions and minced garlic.
Put the right amount of water in the rice cooker, put the plate in the pot, cover the pot, plug in the power, and select the steaming button.
In the process of steaming, make a sauce. Put garlic in a bowl, pour light soy sauce, white vinegar, chili oil, and salt and mix well.
After the water in the rice cooker boils, a 30-minute countdown appears. When the countdown is 15 minutes, select the “Insulation” button and simmer for 5 minutes to open the lid.
