How to make garlic lettuce
Peel lettuce and cut diagonally. Put it in boiling water and boil for about 3 minutes. Drain the water after cooling.
Cut red pepper into cubes and mince garlic.
Add oil to the pot, add garlic when it is 70% hot, and saute. Add a teaspoon of salt and stir fry evenly.
