Prepare all the ingredients, including flour, water, salt, pork stuffing, green radish, ginger, shallots, coriander peanut oil, thick soy sauce, soup powder, five-spice powder and sesame oil. Add 180g water and 1 g salt to 300 g flour. Knead into dough and ferment for 20 minutes. Prepare the dumpling stuffing when the dough ferment.
Wash a green radish and remove old skin. Rub into pieces or silk. Put in the saucepan and add water. When the water boiling, cook for about 5 minutes. Then, remove the radish slices and let them cool. Wrap it in clean gauze and squeeze it away.
Chop the dried carrot slices. Wash shallots, ginger and parsley and chop them. Add minced ginger, shallots, cilantro, soup powder, peanut oil, thick soy sauce, thin soy sauce and five-spice powder to the pork filling. And add the right amount of salt according to your taste. Grasp well to make it as tasty as possible. Add the minced radish and continue to mix well.
Roll the dough into long strips. Cut into uniform size tablets. Sprinkle some flour into a lump to avoid sticking. Then, press one by one and roll into thin dumpling wrapper with thin edges and thick middle.
Take a dumpling wrapper, put in a proper amount of dumpling filling and wrap it. Continue to wrap all the dumplings. Add water to the soup pot. When the water boils, add dumplings and cook for about three minutes. Cover and cook again, wait until the dumplings become swollen.
