How to make cookies?
To prepare the ingredients
Lard beating rough two minutes.
Beat with sugar and salt for two minutes.
Beat with eggs for five minutes.
Add flour, milk and yeast.
Mix well with spade hole.
Mix it into a ball and wake up for 10 minutes.
Then roll into a piece of cake about 0.5 thick with a mold pressed flowers.
Place tin foil cookies on top of a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes and put it on the upper and lower heat 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
It’s crispy when you air it out.
As good as a biscuit without butter.The process takes time.
