“The chocolate will flow when it comes out of the oven and will dry over time, so watch out for dear friends!”
How to make chocolate cake?
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl with the butter.
Dissolve in water, after melting, stir evenly.
In a separate bowl, stir in the eggs and sugar.
When bubbles appear, stir in the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
Stir in the sifted flour and cocoa powder.
Stir well again.
Pour the mixture into the mold until it is about 70% full, then transfer to the preheated 170% oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven. If you bake for too long, the chocolate core will dry out and stop flowing. Sift and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
This one is taken out for a while, it’s like this when you cut it, so you want it to flow, you don’t want it to bake too long, you want it hot.
If you want a flow to the inside of the snack, bake it not too long and eat it hot.
If you don’t eat a chocolate dessert immediately after baking, its flavor will fade away.So when you don’t need to eat it right away, use the prepared mixture.
Place in a circular mold, transfer to the refrigerator, and bake in the oven until you’re ready to eat.
