Braised Ham Sausage
This is a dish of my own creativity, originally called fried ham sausage. The prototype of this dish is on a TV. I wonder what you will make of it in front of the phone?
The practice of braised ham sausage
Find 10 ml of soy sauce in a large bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar (white granulated sugar).
Stir well after adding.
Stir to this level.
Take out two ham sausages.
Untie the two ham sausages.
Divide the ham sausage into 10 portions.
Carve two small pieces of ham sausage into a squid shape
Put the squid into the marinade.
Stir well and put in the refrigerator, stirring at least five times on the way.
The next morning, take out the ham and stir again.
After heating the oil in the pan, start frying.
Only put two pieces each time.
Sauté until golden.
After all is cooked, go out of the pan.
Just drizzle with tomato sauce, Finally, you get home cooking braised ham sausage.
