How to make almond bread
Mix all the ingredients together to form smooth, membrane-forming dough.
Cover container with plastic wrap and wait for fermentation.
Expand and ferment to twice the size.
Divide into three equal parts and use a rolling pin to roll out large bubbles.
Make all three into circles. Put a six-inch cake sliver in the pan. Cover with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation.
Once doubled, lightly brush with the egg and sprinkle with almonds. Add some water to the egg mixture.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Bake at 140° F (upper) and 120° F (lower) for 30 minutes.
Check the oven temperature at home. Replace almonds with your favorite dried fruit.

- 30 g cake flour
- 1 egg

- 30 g sugar powder
- 5 g yeast
- 10 g almond
- 20 g water
